A great Deal by Róbert Józsa

It was a really relaxing day in Deal after the busy London trip on Saturday. The meeting was at 9.30 am at the station in Broadstairs just 10-15 minutes from my place. So I had a good rest. We travelled to Deal with the Southeastern Railway with one change at Ramsgate. The weather was beautiful, the sun was shining and I think it was about 20-25 degrees centigrade.

Our first destination in Deal was the castle which is famous for its bastions which are round shaped and connected. The castle was smaller than what we expected. We were walking around the tunnels and the rooms of the castle.

After a short lunch break everyone could decide whether he/she wanted to chill out or go for a nice walk to the Walmer castle on the beach. Personally, I chose the last one. The weather was brilliant, everyone had just a T-shirt on and the sea was amazing blue.

We were going back to Broadstairs in early afternoon, where the Food festival was still going on. There we could taste plenty of food and people came there from the whole country.

Finally, I can say it was a wonderful Sunday.
