My first day in Britain by Petra Sáreczky

Our plane took off at 6 am. Some of us were very excited because this was their first flight. And I can

proudly say that everybody loved it. After landing and founding our bags, we went to Cambridge. We

went punting, saw a lot of colleges and tasted the best burger in the city in our free time. Than we

ran back to the bus and we got on the road to Broadstairs. When we arrived our teacher called us by

our names and introduced us to our 1-month-family. I got the Peck family. I have only met Jackie yet

because Steve was still at work until the evening. She’s helpful and kind, we have talked a lot on the

first day. We even watched the X-factor on the TV together.
